Breaded Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork ribs or loin chops (1/2 to 3/4-inch thick)
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. yellow cornmeal
2 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground sage
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
Preparation

Pork Coating Mixture:
Mix all ingredients except ribs or loin chops and milk.
Shake ingredients in medium plastic or paper bag. Dip pork ribs or loin chops in milk.
Shake each in pork coating mixture, coating both sides. Cook on rack in shallow roasting pan in a 425\u00b0 oven until done and brown, 30 to 35 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
