Southwestern Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/4 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
    1-2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 (14-1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth
    1 (16 oz) pkg. frozen corn, thawed
    1 (14-1/2 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1-1/2 tsp. seasoned salt, optional
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute the chicken in oil until lightly browned. Transfer to a 5 quart slow cooker with a slotted spoon. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
    Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
    Stir before serving.
