Dr. Bird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
8 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. diced banana
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients; stir to moisten.
Do not beat.
Turn into an 8-inch tube pan.
Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
