Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Drain strawberries, reserving 1/2 cup juice. Mix together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar. Make a hole in the center of mixture. Pour strawberries, eggs, oil and pecans into the hole. Mix by hand until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans. Bake for 40 to 60 minutes.
