Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    2 onions, chopped fine
    1 can cream of chicken soup (rinse can with 1/4 c. milk)
    2 c. sour cream
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Add chopped onions and 3/4 of the cheese.
    Mix soup, milk and sour cream together. Toss lightly with potatoes.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
