Ingredients

4 c. (1 lb.) fresh cranberries
1 c. sugar or more if desired
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 c. water
1 medium apple, pared and chopped
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. seedless raisins
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
Preparation

Combine cranberries, raisins, sugar, spices and water in a large saucepan.
Simmer 15 minutes or until berries pop and mixture thickens.
Stir in onion, apple and celery; simmer 15 minutes longer or until mixture is thick.
