Venison Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground venison
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 egg
    1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg.
    Add milk and bread crumbs.
    Mix thoroughly with meat and seasonings.
    Put in a loaf pan. Mix the mustard, ketchup and brown sugar.
    Spread over top of meat loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Pour off excess grease, if necessary.
