Lima Bean-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    2 c. bite size rice cereal (Crispix or Rice Chex)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 can condensed cream of celery soup
    paprika (if desired)
Preparation
    Melt butter; add curry powder and cereal biscuits.
    Stir over low heat about 5 minutes to coat the cereal well.
    Cook the vegetables separately.
    Combine lima beans with the 2 soups (undiluted) and add 1 cup of the cereal mixture.
    Stir in the broccoli.
    Place in buttered 2-quart baking dish.
    Top with remaining cereal mixture.
    May sprinkle with paprika if desired. Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
    Can easily be doubled for a larger group.
    Serves 8.
