Brisket With Onion Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope beef and mushroom soup mix
3 c. sliced onion
3 lb. beef brisket, thin cut and fat trimmed
2 lb. small red potatoes (about 12), cleaned and cut in half
1 lb. carrots, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Bring 2 cups of water and the soup mix to a boil.
Place half the onion in the bottom of baking dish or Dutch oven.
Place meat on top with remaining onions on top of meat.
Pour soup mixture in.
Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
