Ravioli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cups water
1 (18 oz) can tomato juice
1 (10 oz) can beef broth
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced potatoes
1/4 cup sliced green onion
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 (15 oz) can beef ravioli
1 (8 oz) can spinach
Preparation

In a large sauce pan combine water, tomato juice, beef broth, carrot, potato, onion, sugar, and salt. Boil. Reduce heat, simmer; covered until vegetables are tender (12 to 15 minutes). Gently stir in Ravioli and snipped spinach.
