Pasta In A Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 small onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (14 oz.) stewed tomatoes
    1 (14 oz.) spaghetti sauce
    16 oz. shell macaroni or curls
    1 pt. sour cream
    8 oz. Provolone cheese, grated
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown first 5 ingredients; add tomatoes and sauce and simmer 20 minutes.
    Boil macaroni.
    Mix the sour cream and cheeses. Layer in 4-quart covered casserole: half sauce-meat mix; half macaroni; all cheese mixture; remaining noodles and remaining sauce.
    Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
    Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 12.
