Karo Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Karo syrup
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 unbaked pastry shell
Preparation

Mix all ingredients for filling together, adding pecans last. Pour into pie shell.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 to 35 minutes longer.
When pie is done, outer edges of filling should be set.
