Bouquet Garni - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. dried parsley
1 Tbsp. thyme
1 Tbsp. marjoram
2 bay leaves
2 Tbsp. dried celery leaves
Preparation

Wrap dried herbs, still on the stem, or coarsely crumbled, in a 4-inch square of cheesecloth.
Tie in a bag.
This makes 12 bags.
