Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. (about 5 c.) carrots, cook, drain and cool
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can tomato bisque soup (can substitute can of tomato soup plus small to medium ripe tomato, cut in small pieces)
1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
-
Mix last 7 ingredients and pour over vegetables.
Cover and marinate at least 12 hours.
Drain to serve (optional).
Will keep for 2 weeks.
