Banana Salad Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
4 Tbsp. vinegar
bananas
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. water
crushed peanuts
Preparation

Beat eggs well with a fork; stir sugar into eggs.
Add vinegar and water.
Place egg mixture in saucepan.
Place saucepan in pan of hot water or double boiler and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Cool.
Spread over sliced and quartered bananas and sprinkle with crushed peanuts.
