Arkansas Dump Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
8 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. diced bananas or 1 1/2 c. applesauce

Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, soda and salt.
Add eggs, cooking oil, pineapple and juice, vanilla and bananas or applesauce.
Mix up like cornbread (not in a mixer).
Bake in tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
