Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10\") unbaked pastry shell
    1 pkg. (9oz.) Seabrook Farms creamed Spinach
    2 tsp. chopped shallots
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    4 eggs (lightly beaten)
    1 1/2 c. half-and-half
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. crumbled crisp-cooked bacon
Preparation
    Prepare pastry from your favorite recipe or from a package mix according to directions except substitute a dry white wine for 1/2 of the liquid.
    Place in a 10-inch quiche or pie pan;
    flute edges and prick all over with a fork.
    Bake at 350\u00b0F. for 10 minutes or until set but not browned.
