Baked Apple Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag red delicious apples
    1/2 c. sugar
    cinnamon
    1 (10 count) Butter-Me-Not biscuits
Preparation
    Quarter apples and remove core.
    Bake apples in baking dish with sugar sprinkled over them on 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 until tender. Remove from oven, sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Mash by hand or use an electric mixer, until smooth.
    I use biscuits. I roll each biscuit out flat and spoon apples into each, then I fold each one over and pinch together the edges and poke holes in the dough with a fork. These are fried in melted butter until brown.
