Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
    1 c. barely warm water
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Let
    stand out of refrigerator all day after feeding (approximately 8 to
    10
    hours).
    This
    does not rise, only makes bubbles.
    Return
    to
    refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. The Starter must be fed even
    if
    bread is not made.
    Store in quart jar with holes punched in lid.
