Broccoli Bacon Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 3 eggs
    1 c. whipping cream and 1 c. half and half or 1 3/4 c. half and half
    pie shell (already made)
    bacon
    1 c. Swiss cheese
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed (1/2 pkg. per quiche)
    salt
    cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp (6 slices per quiche).
    Blot real well. Crumble.
    Blot broccoli real well to get out moisture.
