Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked diced chicken
1/2 c. rice cooked with 1 c. sliced celery in 1 1/2 c. broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 can drained sliced water chestnuts
1/4 to 1/2 c. almonds, sliced
salt to taste
Preparation

Mix together soup, mayonnaise, onions, almonds and chestnuts. Add rice, chicken and celery.
Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch dish.
Top with buttered bread disks.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
