Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (15 oz.) pie crusts
    6 c. apples, peeled and sliced
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Spoon out into bottom crust.
    Top with leftover crust.
    Brush water over top crust and sprinkle sugar on top.
    Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Makes 1 pie.
