Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 large head cabbage
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. milk
    1 lb. hamburger
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Remove leaves from cabbage.
    Dip in boiling water until wilted.
    Dry leaves.
    Combine the other ingredients except water and brown sugar.
    Place spoonful of mixture on each leaf; roll up and tie with twine.
    Brown cabbage rolls lightly in shortening. Place in casserole; sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Add water and cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour or until cabbage is very tender.
