Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. margarine, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. finely chopped pecans
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients together with mixer on low speed, then on medium about 4 minutes until fluffy.
Stir in pecans.
Wrap dough in wax paper; refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
