Brown Rice And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. long grain rice
    1 can beef consomme soup
    1 can French onion soup
    1 small jar sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    In a 2-quart casserole dish, melt butter, then add rice, soups and mushrooms.
    Cover and cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
