Cheese Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 c. grated American cheese
    dash of cayenne
    1/4 c. grated dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Beat egg whites stiff; add cheese, cayenne and bread crumbs. Pat into small balls and fry in hot deep fat (375\u00b0) until light brown.
    Makes about 16 balls.
