Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. cold milk
    5 eggs
    5 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Combine sugar, eggs and flour.
    Add butter and milk; pour into prepared pie shell.
    Put 1/2 cup coconut on each pie.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes and 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Makes 2 pies.
