Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    2 chopped bell peppers
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 c. plain flour
    2 c. whole kernel corn
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
    4 chopped boiled eggs
    2 1/2 c. shredded cheese (sharp), divided
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in margarine until tender.
    Stir in flour.
    Remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients saving 1/2 cup cheese.
    Pour into a greased 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Bake 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Top with remaining cheese and let stand five minutes.
    Makes 10 to 12 good servings.
