Lively Lemon Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    8 fish fillets (about 2 lb.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Melt margarine.
    Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    In bowl combine rice, broccoli, cheese and 1/4 cup lemon sauce; mix well.
    Divide broccoli mixture equally among fillets.
    Roll up and place, seam side down, in shallow 2-quart baking dish.
    Pour remaining sauce over roll-ups.
    Bake 25 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
    Spoon sauce over individual servings.
    Garnish with paprika.
