Imitation Pink Champagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 c. pink grapefruit juice
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. grenadine syrup
    1 pt. ginger ale
Preparation
    Combine sugar and water.
    Simmer until sugar is dissolved. Cool.
    Mix with chilled fruit juice and syrup.
    Just before serving, add ginger ale, pouring slowly down side of punch.
    Serve over ice.
    Makes 6 cups.
