Herbed Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. sliced scallions
    1 Tbsp. milk
    snipped chives
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tbsp. garlic, minced
    1/4 Tbsp. thyme and chervil
    1/8 Tbsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except chives in blender or food processor.
    Blend until smooth.
    Chill and sprinkle with chives. Serve with crackers or veggies.
