Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    2/3 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat the first two ingredients together.
    Blend the dry ingredients and gradually add to milk mixture, beat until smooth. Fill a skillet about 1/2 full of oil and heat for frying (375\u00b0). Place your finger over the bottom of a funnel with 3/8 inch opening and fill with 1/4 cup of mix.
