Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops
    rice (1 c. per person)
    cream soup (any kind)
    carrots
    celery
    onions, garlic or both
    water (1 can per can of soup)
Preparation
    Note:
    Instant or long cooked rice can be used.
    Long cook rice needs to be cooked 1/2 of required time.
    Instant can be put together and baked by recipe.
