Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    6 green peppers
    1 large onion, diced
    garlic powder to taste
    1/4 to 1/2 c. ketchup
    1 small box instant rice
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 to 4 eggs
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients, adding bread crumbs last.
    Cut peppers lengthwise in half and clean.
    Poke holes in each one to allow juices from filling to run off.
    Fill each pepper generously.
    Place in baking pan, 9 x 13 x 2-inch, and cover with your favorite spaghetti sauce. Serve with linguini or your favorite pasta.
