Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 envelope taco seasoning
    16 oz. tomatoes
    15 oz. kidney beans, drained
    6 corn tortillas, cut into strips
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    avocado
    chopped tomato
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Stir in taco seasoning, tomatoes and beans.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Place 1/2 the tortilla strips in a 2-quart casserole.
    Top with half the meat mixture and half the cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake 5 to 7 minutes in microwave.
    Spread with sour cream and garnish with avocado strips and chopped tomatoes.
