Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. beef brisket
    1 tsp. onion, garlic and celery powder
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine spices and seasonings and pour over meat.
    Marinate overnight in closed container in icebox.
    Cook 3 to 4 hours at 300\u00b0.
    The last hour pour one cup of Kraft hot barbecue sauce. When done take from oven and slice; ready to eat.
    Use the mild sauce if you like.
