White Sauce(Medium) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
    Blend in flour, salt and dash of pepper.
    Add milk all at once.
    Cook quickly, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles (a wire whisk works well).
    Remove sauce from heat when it bubbles.
    Add cheeses or other flavorings at this point.
