Turtle Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box German Swiss chocolate cake mix or deep chocolate mix
3/4 c. oleo
2/3 c. evaporated milk (do not substitute)
14 oz. pkg. caramels
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 (16 oz.) chocolate chips
Preparation

Mix cake as directed on box; add oleo and 2/3 cup evaporated milk.
Pour 1/2 of batter in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake 15 minutes.
