Pineapple Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
    4 slices chopped bread
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat the eggs and 1/4 cup sugar in a 1-quart casserole.
    Mix the pineapple and flour; add to the egg mixture, stirring slightly.
    Melt the butter in a saucepan.
    Add the bread cubes. When the bread has absorbed all of the butter, place on top of the casserole.
    Lightly sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon mixture.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Serves 4.
