Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
pepper to taste
1 small can mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 pkg. cooked noodles
Preparation

Cook ground beef and onion until tender; drain.
Add salt, powder, pepper and mushrooms.
Cook for 3 minutes.
Stir in soup; simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in sour cream and cook until heated.
Serve over noodles.
