Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. chopped zucchini
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and pour into loaf pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
