Pineapple-Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. cake mix (white or yellow)
    2 whole eggs plus 1 egg white
    1 large can crushed pineapple (not drained)
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Beat together well the cake mix, eggs and crushed pineapple. Pour into greased 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Sprinkle brown sugar and pecans on top. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    While cake is baking, prepare frosting.
