Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook, drain and mash potatoes.
    Add cream cheese, sour cream, all seasonings and butter; beat until light and fluffy, adding more sour cream if necessary for consistency.
    Put in pretty casserole; pour over a little melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    May be refrigerated for several days.
    Adjust heating time if cold when putting in oven.
