Saucy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/4 oz.) can Franco-American beef gravy
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    generous dash of pepper
Preparation
    In bowl, mix thoroughly 1 cup of gravy and remaining ingredients.
    In 12 x 8-inch baking pan, firmly shape meat mixture into 8 x 4-inch loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Spoon off fat, reserving 1 tablespoon of drippings.
