Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 Tbsp. fat
    1 lb. sauerkraut
    1/4 lb. dark brown sugar
Preparation
    Brown chops in fat.
    Add sauerkraut and brown sugar.
    Cover with foil and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
