Chicken Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, deboned, cooked and cut into chunks
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder (I use lots more)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation

In a medium saucepan, melt margarine.
Slowly stir in flour and milk.
Stir until thickened.
Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder and soup to saucepan.
Mix well.
Add pieces of chicken, stirring again.
