Baked Fish With Sour Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
3 drops Tabasco
1 tsp. grated onion
1 3/4 lb. ocean perch, swordfish or other fish, cut into 4 pieces
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
3 slices bacon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease an 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
In small bowl, combine sour cream, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Tabasco and onion.
Pat fish steaks dry with paper towels. Place in baking dish.
Bake 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
