Taco Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped green chiles
    1 egg, beaten
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    sour cream
    1 bell pepper
Preparation
    Combine meat, tomato sauce, bread crumbs, onion, bell pepper, chiles, egg and taco seasoning mix in a large bowl, mixing well. Press half of the mixture into a 9 x 5 x 3-inch glass pan.
    Top with cheese.
    Press remaining mixture on top of cheese.
    Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap and vent to allow steam to escape. Microwave on High for 15 minutes.
    Invert on serving plate and top with sour cream.
    Serve with corn chips.
