Autumn Leaf Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    1 1/2 c. pumpkin
    1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tall can evaporated milk
    1/3 c. fresh milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
    Beat well with rotary beater until smooth.
    Pour into pastry shell.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for approximately 30 minutes longer or until filling is just set in center.
    Cool.
    Decorate with cheese leaves before serving.
