Coconut Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks (save whites for top)
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    8 marshmallows
    3 c. milk
    1 can coconut
    2 baked pie shells
Preparation
    In a double boiler, combine sugar, egg yolks and flour.
    Add milk gradually.
    When this mixture gets hot, put in marshmallows, vanilla and 1/2 can of coconut.
    Pour into baked pie shells.
